My client is a well established, large Fire & Security firm that employs in excess of 150 staff. With a large range of customers ranging from Commercial, Domestic & Industrial sites. They are looking for an experienced Bid Coordinator to join the team.

Full time | Office based | 8 hour shift no weekends | Monday- Friday | On site free parking | Health and Wellbeing Programme
Main Responsibilities
- Review portals to ensure all bidding opportunities are identified.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to gather all required information.
- Research prospective clients to gain insight of key requirements.
- Produce bespoke written tender submissions.
- Produce competitive pricing proposals.
- Ensure all requirements are understood and followed to submit a compliant bid.
- Manage multiple bids concurrently to ensure all deadlines are met.
Knowledge and Experiences
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Project would be advantageous.
- Ability to work under pressure to ensure all deadlines are met.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects at once.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work under own initiative.
- Strong desire to learn and progress within the business.
