Key Responsibilities:
- Teach English Literature and Language to secondary school students.
- Work effectively with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
- Manage and address behaviour issues in a supportive and constructive manner.
- Inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of school policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Proven experience teaching English in UK secondary schools.
- Experience working with SEN students and managing behaviour challenges.
- A strong passion for teaching and making a difference in students' lives.
- Enhanced DBS check.
