About The Opportunity

They now have an exciting opportunity for a Demand Generation Lead to join their group marketing team on a permanent full time basis. They are flexible on the location - it can be based in London on a hybrid or remote model with 1 day a week in the office.

Reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing, you will design and build a demand generation engine that delivers predictable, scalable pipeline growth across our clients portfolio of businesses. You will join them during an exciting period of growth. They are building new capabilities in a marketing team that is focused on bringing their brand to life across multiple platforms and expanding its impact around the world. This is a great opportunity to join that team and help shape the next phase of growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop plans to launch creative integrated marketing campaigns that educate, increase demand, capture engagement, and grow the marketing pipeline.
  • Design, build and lead execution of end-to-end programs across various channels, including LinkedIn, Google and Paid Social.
  • Work with the wider business to identify high-fit prospects, tailor messaging and drive awareness and interest for our products and services.
  • Working with internal and external content producers and designers to ensure timely publishing of content and providing data-driven decisions about further creative development.
  • Test new campaigns and channels from ideation to delivery, focusing on delivering revenue.
  • Own the performance and continuously optimise the campaigns based on a data-driven approach and learnings from A/B and multivariate tests.
  • Ensuring proper tracking, analysis and reporting, as well as contributing to an automation of campaign management.
  • Work closely with the Sales teams to nurture prospects and ensure that high intent revenue opportunities are converted to sales opportunities by sharing key goals and metrics and aligning on lead follow-up tactics

About The Desired Candidate

  • 3+ years of experience in demand, growth or performance marketing.
  • In-depth knowledge and proven track record of successful demand and capture campaign execution with an understanding of: LinkedIn, paid social ecosystem, ad networks, email and SEO.
  • Demonstrate ability to identify industry and sector-specific issues and create compelling, value added narratives for our target customers.
  • Growth mindset with a results-driven approach to work.
  • Ability to create structure in ambiguous situations and design effective processes.
  • Experience working with specific marketing and sales tools, including HubSpot and WordPress.
  • Ability to take the initiative, develop projects individually and work autonomously.
  • Natural curiosity and will to make an impact.
  • A very good understanding of digital data analytics.
  • Highly organised, attention to detail and flexible to changing priorities, as required.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration and teamwork skills
