Marketing Administrator

My client is seeking a proactive and versatile Marketing Administrator to join their dynamic marketing and comms team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting their marketing and communication efforts, ensuring smooth operations, and contributing to the overall success of their organisation.
Day to day of the role:
- Create and manage internal communications, including employee newsletters and updates.
- Regularly update and maintain the company website with accurate and current information.
- Assist in the organisation and coordination of marketing events, both internal and external.
- Collaborate on various marketing projects, including campaign execution, content creation, and data analysis.
- Handle administrative tasks such as invoices, purchase orders, and other duties.
- Adapt to a variety of tasks and changing priorities with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Efficiently manage a high workload and effectively prioritise tasks.
- Solve problems with a solution-oriented approach, handling conflicting priorities and urgent requests.
- Demonstrate curiosity by asking questions and seeking to understand the broader context of projects.
- Work closely with a supportive team of 6 marketing professionals, contributing to a collaborative environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in marketing administration or a similar role.
- Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
