CMA Recruitment Group is currently partnering with a highly respected organisation based in Poole, Dorset, who have the requirement to hire a Temporary Purchase Ledger Clerk. This is an opportunity for the successful candidate to join a close-knit finance team and support them whilst the existing team members focus on a new system implementation. This position is expected to last for three months, although there is potential for this to be extended.
What will the Finance Assistant role involve?
- Analysing, processing and posting data in an accurate and timely manner;
- Reconcile financial date;
- Maintain accounting controls & procedures to ensure compliance;
- Support with additional transactional accounting tasks;
- Assist with data entry tasks to support the new systems implementation.
Suitable Candidate for the Finance Assistant vacancy:
- An AAT or equivalent qualification is beneficial but not essential;
- Previous purchase ledger or transactional accounting experience is required;
- To be considered fore this positions you will need to be available at short notice.
