We are looking for a full-time Barista who thrives on delivering exceptional hospitality experiences. Your attitude and enthusiasm are just as important as your experience.
Role Overview:
- Community Hub: Be the welcoming face of their building, managing the cafe area and providing top-notch support.
- Cafe Management: Prepare and sell coffee, educate customers about products, and maintain a high level of hygiene.
- Inventory & Hygiene: Keep the cafe well-stocked and spotless, adhering to all food safety regulations.
- Community Building: Learn our members' names and roles to create meaningful connections and support their growth.
- Local Expertise: Be knowledgeable about the building, local area, and services to assist members and guests effectively.
- Bespoke Service: Deliver a personalised, 5* experience tailored to each member's needs and feedback.
- Daily Audits: Ensure the cafe and building provide a consistently excellent experience through regular checks and proactive issue resolution.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Support and facilitate community events.
- Handle mail and deliveries efficiently.
- Assist with member move-ins and move-outs.
- Deliver 5* service and support.
- Ensure safety and security in emergency situations.
