Are you passionate about coffee and making a difference in people's lives? Join our client as a Barista in one of their vibrant London locations! We are looking for a full-time Barista who thrives on delivering exceptional hospitality experiences. Your attitude and enthusiasm are just as important as your experience.

Role Overview:

  • Community Hub: Be the welcoming face of their building, managing the cafe area and providing top-notch support.
  • Cafe Management: Prepare and sell coffee, educate customers about products, and maintain a high level of hygiene.
  • Inventory & Hygiene: Keep the cafe well-stocked and spotless, adhering to all food safety regulations.
  • Community Building: Learn our members' names and roles to create meaningful connections and support their growth.
  • Local Expertise: Be knowledgeable about the building, local area, and services to assist members and guests effectively.
  • Bespoke Service: Deliver a personalised, 5* experience tailored to each member's needs and feedback.
  • Daily Audits: Ensure the cafe and building provide a consistently excellent experience through regular checks and proactive issue resolution.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Support and facilitate community events.
  • Handle mail and deliveries efficiently.
  • Assist with member move-ins and move-outs.
  • Deliver 5* service and support.
  • Ensure safety and security in emergency situations.
