The Ideal Applicant: We are looking for a candidate who meets the following criteria:
- Holds a recognised qualification such as Children's Care, Learning, and Development Level 3.
- Has a solid understanding and experience of Montessori philosophy.
- Possesses strong nursery/childcare experience.
- Is willing to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently.
- Can work effectively using their own initiative.
