IT Network Team Lead - Greater Manchester
Our client seeks an experienced IT Network Team Lead to oversee network communications provisioning. You will manage the team responsible for internet line ordering, SD-WAN, telephony, and cellular solutions, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet high standards. This role involves leading and coordinating team tasks for new store openings, closures, and network transformation projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the network communications team, coordinating workloads and ensuring efficient service delivery.
- Oversee SLAs and KPIs and provide regular project status reports.
- Identify and resolve risks and issues, escalating when necessary.
- Manage comms equipment deployments, stock control, and site closures.
- Provide leadership and ensure team performance, including on-site audits.
Skills and Experience
- Experience in project management and team leadership within network communications.
- Knowledge of SD WAN, telephony, and internet lines.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
- UK passport and driving license required.
