THE DATA ANALYST ROLE:
- As a Data Analyst, you will analyse digital marketing performance, provide attribution insights, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive results. Your focus will be on monitoring various KPIs related to customer acquisition, retention, sales, and ROI.
- You will manage funnel reporting and conduct end-to-end reporting to understand overall marketing performance and the customer journey. This includes using Power BI to create insightful dashboards and convey data-driven stories.
- Additionally, you will provide web analytics, assessing onsite performance, optimisation, and customer experience. Your responsibilities will include ongoing journey and funnel analysis, reporting to performance, omnichannel, and communications teams, and delivering actionable insights and interpretations from the data.
DATA ANALYST - ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
- Demonstrated experience in web analytics, attribution modeling, and funnel reporting.
- Proficiency in Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and other relevant analytics tools.
- Experience with third-party session recording tools such as Hotjar.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a digital marketing environment.
- Familiarity with Salesforce reporting, SQL, and Power BI/Tableau
