Our client, a leading creative agency in the financial services sector, based in the vibrant city of Edinburgh, is looking for a Middleweight Motion Designer to bring their expertise to a team renowned for their innovative visual storytelling.
As a Middleweight Motion Designer, your role will be pivotal in crafting high-calibre motion graphics and animations that captivate audiences across digital landscapes.
Your day-to-day will involve translating complex concepts into engaging visual narratives and working alongside a team of dedicated professionals to exceed client expectations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Design and produce exceptional motion graphics and animations, tailoring your approach to fit various digital platforms.
- Collaborate with client services to deeply understand client needs, ensuring your design solutions are aligned with their vision.
- Engage in creative teamwork, and contribute to a harmonious project flow.
- Ensure all motion graphics adhere to brand guidelines and industry benchmarks.
Required Skills:
- A relevant degree in graphic design, animation, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in motion design, with a portfolio showcasing your ability to communicate complex ideas through animation.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with 3D software such as Cinema 4D.
- A keen eye for typography, colour, and composition, coupled with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
