Paralegal Assistant
Harrow, Middlesex
£30,000 + Pension + Parking
If you are an experienced Paralegal Assistant with knowledge of housing disrepair then this job will be perfect for you.
Some of your duties will include:
- Providing all round legal administrative support in the Housing Disrepair Department
- Working on behalf of private Landlords, local Councils and Housing Associations
- Checking and reviewing initial claim information and drafting Letter or Claim
- Liaising with Surveyors and other experts in relation to disrepair remedy requirements
- Issuing Court recovery paperwork and producing property information packs
- Preparing and issuing disclosure packs to all parties involved in Case
