THE ROLE
A brand new role to the business, the Account Manager – Exhibition Services will be responsible for building awareness and revenue of a new full service offering to organisers offering a wide range of exhibitor services in one place. This is a fantastic opportunity to build on the existing team and relationships with organisers.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing an effective sales pipeline
- Building effective relationships with internal delivery and sales teams
- Identifying opportunities to upsell across organisers and exhibitors
- Provide analysis on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Ensuring strong relationships with clients and excellent customer service
- Ensuring greater visibility of the full service offering
- Responsibility and ownership of revenue and KPI targets
- Ensuring seamless handover to operational teams
- Researching and identifying key exhibitor trends to help expand the service offering
THE CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have proven experience in a fast paced, sales driven environment ideally delivering multiple services. Experience and understanding of the exhibition sector is preferred.
