Major Players are working with an in-house creative agency in search of an Account Director to join their team in Central London. We're seeking a strategic thinker, a creative problem-solver, and a natural leader who can ignite innovation and foster strong client relationships.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating large scale integrated campaigns
  • Creating strategic process and commercial strategy
  • Delivering new business pitches
  • Cultivating robust client relationships built on trust and transparency
  • Championing creativity and strategic thinking in all client interactions
  • Providing financial leadership and ensuring the highest standards of account management
  • Leading new business acquisition efforts and contributing to agency growth
  • Continuously developing your skills and expertise to stay ahead in the industry

Key Skills & Competencies Required:

  • Must have a strong commercial and strategic background
  • Demonstrated expertise in client leadership and communication
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale integrated campaigns
  • Strong project management abilities, including multitasking and time management
  • Financial acumen and experience in managing account budgets
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
