Collins Property Recruitment are seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor to work for a leading build-to-rent property company. The role is based in Newcastle.
As the Customer Service Advisor, you will play an essential role by acting as the first point of contact, offering a friendly and professional experience for all customers.
The role includes managing both inbound and outbound calls, registering new customers, providing information on the business, managing the applicant database and booking viewings for the onsite teams to carry out.
Responsibilities of the Customer Service Advisor:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls.
- Register new customers.
- Manage the applicant database.
- Liaise with the onsite resident services team to ensure exceptional customer service is always delivered.
- Customer focused with a commitment and passion for providing excellent customer service.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent listening and rapport building skills.
- Good attention to detail and great organisational skills
- Strong IT skills: experience in using Outlook, Word and Excel and able to learn new software systems quickly
- Highly motivated, flexible, proactive, and adaptable to change.
- Friendly and engaging phone manner
- Experience with CRM systems or maintain data records would be beneficial.
- Previous sales or telesales experience in a call centre or face to face sales would be beneficial.
- Knowledge of basic property legislation would be beneficial.
The ideal candidate will ideally be from a property or telesales/call centre background and enjoy the challenge of working in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.
