Eames is currently working with a Lloyd's syndicate to hire a Compliance Manager.
The individual will be responsible for overseeing the governance framework and will lead governance-related projects. This role entails the management of annual policy reviews for Board or Executive Committee approval and delivering SMCR training.
The candidate will have 5 years or more experience within the Lloyd's Market and knowledge of FCA, PRA, SMCR and Solvency II.
