My retained client is a small upscale hotel with a modern British dining Restaurant in Suffolk, they currently hold 2 rosettes for their outstanding cuisine and service. The property is extremely well-known and is recognised as being one of the best in Suffolk. This amazing venue is conveniently situated close to Ipswich, Colchester, and Sudbury. The successful candidate will be expected to cook breakfast for the Hotel guests and then help with lunch and prep service. Working hours will be anywhere from 7am - 5pm
To be a successful Breakfast Chef it is essential:
- You are passionate about producing high quality food and tackle every task given to you with the highest levels of enthusiasm
- Be competent in all areas of the kitchen
- You must be a highly motivated individual looking to progress within your catering career
- Be an excellent team player
