Bar and Restaurant Manager

An exciting opportunity for an individual looking for a role as a Bar and Restaurant Manager. The company is looking for someone who is keen to provide excellent customer service and supply customers with an experience that will entice them to return. Based near Bicester the luxury hospitality destination is looking to create rapport and build clientele.

Leading and motivating a team the hours of work will consist of 40 hours per week and will require flexibility to align with the business needs.

Duties of the Bar and Restaurant Manager:

  • Analyse and plan sales and profitability.
  • Prepare reports to include staff control, food control and sales.
  • Recruit staff.
  • Respond to and resolve customer queries and complaints.
  • Greet and serve customers, organise reservations.
  • Complete checks on stock levels, reorder supplies and prepare cash drawers.
  • Lead and manage the team.

Personal Attributes:

  • Previous management experience.
  • Experience having worked on in a Front of House Bar role.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Be able to lead and motivate a team.
  • Work well in fast paced environments.
  • Organisation, problem solving and planning skills.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.

Offering £28,000 per annum and fantastic benefits to include, staff discount, free meals on duty and free parking.

This could be a live-in role if required by the candidate, this would involve a negotiable reduction of salary.
