Rate: 18p/h Umbrella (Can request PAYE)
Contract: Temporary
Hours: 07:00-11:00 & 15:00-18:00
We are seeking a diligent and renowned Caretaker to work with one of our biggest clients in London to work as a Site Caretaker. The successful applicant must have previous experience in facilities and site management with excellent communication skills and a firm commitment to our school in every regard, please note that these shifts are split between am and pm.
Caretaker Responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring a safe working environment
- Day-to-day maintenance, security and preparation of facilities
- Understanding of and the implementation of Health and Safety and Security protocols
- Flexibility and high standards of workmanship
- Proven range of maintenance and facility management skills
Requirements:
- Strong practical and problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience as a caretaker in a school setting.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
