Job Title: Payroll & Accounts Administrator
Location: Lutterworth
Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum
Job Type: Full-time, 5 days per week (on-site)
The Role:
My client are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Payroll & Accounts Administrator to join their team. In this key position, you will be responsible for managing payroll process as well as handling various finance-related tasks. This role offers the opportunity to contribute directly to the financial efficiency of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process accurate and timely payroll for employees
- Perform bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy
- Manage invoicing and ensure correct billing
- Oversee credit control and debt collection processes
- Assist with general finance duties and support the accounts team
Key Requirements:
- Proven payroll experience
- Strong understanding of financial processes, including invoicing, bank reconciliations, and credit control
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work independently
