Remuneration: £35,000 - £40,000neg + profit share bonus

The role of the Branch Manager - Electrical Products will involve:
- Branch Sales Manager position managing a branch & selling a wide range distributed electrical products
- You will be selling to M&E contractors or end users such as: manufacturing warehouses
- Typical order values can range between £500-£8k depending on size and scope
- Full responsibility for controlling all aspects of P&L in the branch
- You will be expected to call and visit existing customers to establish & maintain relationships
- Working closely with the group commercial & sales manager to assist with sales activities initally
- Managing all facets of the branch including distribution, customer service, HR, administration, sales and health & safety
- Providing training, development and motivation to all branch staff
The ideal applicant will be Branch Manager - Electrical Products with:
- Must have sales focused branch manager experience within electrical wholesale
- Ideally experience selling into installers/contractors
- Must be happy to go out and see customers to build relationships and generate sales
- Able to work autonomously & also as part of a team
- Ambitious, energetic & enthusiastic
- Personable, driven, people person
- UK Driving license
- IT Savvy
