Job Description

We are seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media Marketer and Video Content Creator to join their team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital marketing, have a keen eye for detail, and possess the ability to create engaging content that resonates with their audience.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Content Creation: Develop and produce high-quality video content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

Social Media Management: Plan, create, and schedule engaging posts across all social media channels to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Campaign Management: Design and execute social media campaigns to promote their services and properties.

Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyse social media performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights to inform future strategies.

Community Engagement: Interact with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster a positive online community.

Collaboration: Work closely with the Directors to align social media content with overall marketing strategies and goals.

Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure their content remains relevant and effective.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in social media marketing and video content creation.
  • Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
