Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + Car Allowance

We are currently looking for a Site Operations Leader who will be reporting to and supporting the Operations Director with the business vision to execute the strategic and Group operational plan.

You will be Accountable for all operational & departmental activities. Overseeing excellence, continuous improvement and development of processes and Acting as the main point of contact for the facility/site and Manage all departments within the facility to meet customer demands both effectively and efficiently.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build, lead and manage a high-performance operational team
  • Oversee resource planning and project allocation within the operation
  • Ensure all team members are working productively and with maximum efficiency whilst following all operational processes
  • Creating KPI's to monitor daily and weekly efficiency
  • Oversee facility expenditure and cost tracking with support from the Operations & Finance Directors
  • Setting clear structures with the operational team
  • To set in place regular colleague communications and colleague performance reviews
  • Promote and support colleague training and development
  • Lead by example and provide escalation support to colleagues and promote frequent colleague feedback
  • Action any People issues, activities and initiatives within the team, with the support of the People Team
  • Ensure all health, safety, security and quality procedures are implemented effectively and maintained to the highest possible standards
  • Ensure compliance certifications are maintained and colleagues comply within the certification standards.
