Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about operating machinery and have a keen eye for detail. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various machines to ensure the smooth running of production processes.

Responsibilities:

Set up machines according to specifications, ensuring proper adjustment of controls and settings.
Operate machines, monitor their performance, and make necessary adjustments as required.
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and make any necessary adjustments to the machine settings.
Perform routine maintenance on machines, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn parts.
Troubleshoot machine malfunctions and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with other team members to optimise production efficiency and minimise downtime.
Follow safety procedures and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role.
Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot machine issues.
Knowledge of machine operation and maintenance procedures.
Ability to interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and manuals.
Attention to detail and quality-oriented mindset.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Relevant technical certifications or vocational training.
