Seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager who can lead and deliver software projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with a deep understanding of Agile methodologies and project management.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and quality assurance professionals, to drive project success.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks, proactively resolving issues to keep projects on track.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, motivating team members to meet project goals.
  • Communicate project status, milestones, and potential risks to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a successful track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • (desired) Understanding of software development methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • PMP or other project management certifications are a plus.
