Part-Time Administrator
Our growing, busy client in Highnam is currently looking for a Part-Time Administrator to join the team on a permanent basis.
Full training will be provided but a background in office working is preferable. In return you will benefit from a small, friendly team, supportive working environment and free parking.
Responsibilities
- Answering incoming calls and being the first point of contact for visitors into the office.
- Organising and scheduling telephone calls and meetings.
- Assisting with preparation of reports, letters, emails and other written documents.
- Updating databases as well as maintaining records and file organisation.
- Creating and issuing invoices and monitoring payments.
- Liaising with external clients, suppliers, contractors and service providers.
- Ordering and monitoring stock/ stationary/office requirements.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks as required
Attributes
- Office experience preferable
- Confident communicator
- Able to use initiative and work autonomously
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to manage a varied and busy workload
Hours: 20-25 hours per week, split evenly between Monday - Friday
Salary: Around £12.85ph, negotiable depending on experience.
