We are seeking a dedicated Registered Manager to oversee a small children's care home, which provides essential support for young people with autism and additional needs.

**The Role

As the Registered Manager, you will:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the care home, ensuring the highest standards of care and support.
  • Lead and develop a dedicated team of care professionals.
  • Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and strive for excellence in all aspects of care.
  • Work closely with families, school staff, and external agencies to support the holistic development of the young people.
  • Develop and implement care plans tailored to the individual needs of each child.
