Day to Day of the Role:
- Develop business opportunities through targeted cold calling, attending sales meetings and presentations, organising visits, and networking events.
- Win new business with innovative and creative approaches that distinguish Reed from competitors.
- Foster and develop close working relationships with new and existing clients to identify their current and future recruitment needs.
- Match available roles to candidates' skills, expertise, and experience accurately.
- Conduct marketing activities and utilise social media to attract new candidates to register with Reed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Resilience and determination to succeed in a target-driven environment.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Innovative and creative approach to sales and business development.
- Proficiency in using social media and other marketing tools for recruitment purposes.
