We are currently recruiting for a Billings Accountant to join our client, a global and fast-growing SaaS organisation. As the Billings Accountant, you will be responsible for all revenue and billing in and out of the company.
Key Responsibilities for the Billings Accountant:
- Work closely with the sales and operations team on receiving sales contracts, amendments and change orders into NetSuite.
- Deal with numerous currencies and make sure all data is correct
- Dealing with all invoices and making sure the appropriate taxes are in place.
- Prepare credit memos and gather appropriate approvals.
- Assist in month-end closing procedures related to revenue recognition and account reconciliations.
- Utilise NetSuite to extract various sources of data and reports for management.
Key Experience for the Billings Accountant:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting and/or related accounting experience
- Proficient with Excel & other Finance systems (such as NetSuite)
- Experience with high-volume billings
- Knowledge of currencies and exchange rates
- Passionate & purposeful
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
