A growing payments company has immediate start opportunities for a number of Customer Support Specialists in Cambridge.
Contracts run until 20th December 2024, with the potential to be extended/become permanent. You will receive £84 per day (£12 per hour).
As Customer Support Specialist you will:
- Be the first line of support dealing with client queries
- Respond to emails
- Collect Data to verify ID
We're looking for a Customer Support Specialist with:
- Experience working in Customer Service/Customer Support
- Ability to show initiative and work independently
- Case Management Acumen – ability to track progress
- Attention to detail
- Be polite under pressure
- The ability to communicate clearly and effectively
Nice to have:
- Payments / Fintech experience
- Proficient in Excel
This is a full-time role, office-based, 5 days per week in Cambridge.
