We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Bridging & Development Advisor who is looking for a unique career opportunity to step up into a 'Head of' position within an award-winning Mortgage Broker. This position would see you given full autonomy in the role, advising directors on best practices on how to make this department a success for the short and long term. Responsibilities will include brokering new business and relationships and growing the team under you.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Specialist Advisor to run and grow their own department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact the existing Intermediary database to maximise business opportunities.
  • Outbound sales activity to generate new intermediaries.
  • Assist with the coordination of existing business and marketing opportunities.
  • Collate management information on a weekly basis.
  • Forward planning with marketing activity
  • Liaise with potential introducers to develop business opportunities.
  • Meet all departmental SLAs and targets.
  • Ensure all regulatory documentation is completed within the required timescale.

Qualifications:

  • A proven track record of sales ability and a proactive approach to winning business
  • A track record of at least 2 years in a bridging loan broker
  • Ability to negotiate terms, close business opportunities and maintain business relationships.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with introducers.
  • A deep understanding of the bridging and commercial finance market and the ability to effectively advise clients on their financing options.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Salary is dependent on relevant experience. This will consist of a basic salary plus target-related bonuses and future targeted team bonuses.
