Seven Education are looking for a Plumbing Lecturer to work with one of our established Colleges in Southwest London. This role is a September start and paying £37 per hour for 2.5 days per week a total of 9.5 hours.
The role:
Deliver engaging and comprehensive lectures, practical sessions, and workshops in plumbing.
Develop, update, and maintain curriculum and course materials to stay current with industry standards and innovations.
Assess student performance through assignments, exams, and practical assessments.
Provide academic and career guidance to students, fostering their professional growth.
Stay informed about the latest advancements in plumbing technology and techniques.
Collaborate with colleagues and industry professionals to enhance the learning experience.
Participate in departmental meetings, professional development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
Certified plumber with hands-on industry experience.
Teaching experience in a classroom or training setting preferred.
Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, standards, and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to inspire and motivate students.
Proficiency in using educational technology and tools.
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
