Job Purpose
- Manage a portfolio of audit clients, ensuring top-quality service delivery
- Lead and mentor junior staff, offering guidance and support
- Oversee the preparation of audit reports, ensuring all regulatory requirements are met
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing advisory services and insights
- Contribute to the strategic direction of the firm, working closely with senior leadership
- Ensure audit engagements are delivered on time and to a high standard

What are we looking for?
- ACA or ACCA part-qualified or studying, with extensive experience in UK audit practice
- Qualified by experience also considered
- Proven ability to manage a portfolio of clients and lead a team
- Strong technical knowledge of audit standards and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships
- Leadership experience and a passion for mentoring and developing junior staff
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach to client service
