Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of accurate and timely billing for a range of projects across the organisation
  • Partner closely with Project Managers and clients to drive effective cash flow management and support proactive collections
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the accounts receivable ledger, while assisting with key month-end close activities
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in billing and receivables, and actively support wider finance projects and process enhancements

Ideal Experience

  • Proven experience in accounts receivable, billing, or a related financial administrative role, ideally gained within a professional services environment
  • Meticulous attention to detail, with a proactive mindset toward organisation and task prioritisation
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with clients and internal teams alike
  • Collaborative and adaptable, comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Working knowledge of finance systems and tools
  • A valid full driving licence is essential due to the location of the office
