**Job Title: Production / Mixing Associate
**Overview
The Mixing Associate is responsible for preparing and blending raw materials in accordance with batch instructions to support efficient production. This role plays a key part in ensuring product quality, safety, and consistency, while maintaining cleanliness and compliance with company procedures and industry regulations.
**Key Responsibilities
- Accurately weigh and mix raw materials following production formulas and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Operate mixing equipment safely and efficiently
- Monitor mixing processes and make adjustments as needed to ensure consistency and quality
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to hygiene and safety standards
- Record batch information and process data accurately
- Handle material transfers, inventory tracking, and labelling
- Assist with routine maintenance and equipment checks
**Skills & Requirements
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to safety procedures
- Comfortable working with weights, measurements, and basic math
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) for data entry and communication
- Forklift experience is desirable but not essential (training can be provided)
- Physically capable of lifting materials and standing for extended periods
