**Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
- Financial Planning & Analysis: Oversee financial forecasting, budgeting, and reporting, providing strategic insights to senior management.
- Cash Management: Ensure effective cash flow management and develop strategies for optimal liquidity.
- Audit & Compliance: Maintain strong internal controls, lead audits, and ensure full regulatory compliance.
- External Reporting: Prepare and submit statutory accounts, tax packs, and other regulatory filings accurately and on time.
**Requirements:
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
- Extensive experience in a senior finance role, ideally within the manufacturing
- Strong leadership skills and a proven track record in regulatory compliance.
- Excellent analytical and communication abilities.
