ORONA's activities are focused on the design, manufacture, installation, maintenance, and modernization of lifts, escalators, moving ramps and walkways. We are looking for a Lift Repairs Engineer to join our Service team in Glasgow and surrounding areas. As an experienced Lift Repairs Engineer you will be responsible for:

  • Carrying out minor and major repairs to lifts
  • Planning jobs to ensure that parts are available and repairs are completed safely, on time and within budget
  • Supervising and developing a Repairs Mate
  • Delivering accurate and timely paperwork, managing your time on site, liaising regularly with the office based team to ensure repair parts are available as required
  • Building excellent customer relationships, providing updates to clients as required and providing feedback on progress as required.

If you have a comprehensive Lift engineering background, including an NVQ 3 in Lift Engineering or equivalent - we want to hear from you!

To qualify for this Lift Repairs Engineer vacancy we would expect you to have:

  • NVQ3 in Lift Engineering
  • Experience of working with Lifts
  • Strong customer skills
  • A valid UK Driving License
  • Excellent health and safety knowledge is essential for this role
