ASSISTANT ACCOUNTANT - £18 - £21 PER HOUR - ASAP START DATE - OXFORD - HYBRID
Robert Half are thrilled to be working with a business in Oxford that are looking for a full-time Assistant Accountant to join the team ASAP, offering hybrid working!
Responsibilities:
- Perform reconciliations of bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Support the preparation and submission of tax returns and other compliance documents.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
- Process invoices, payments, and expenses accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
- Support month-end and year-end close processes.
- Assist with audits and liaise with external auditors.
- Provide administrative support to the accounting team as needed.
Requirements:
- AAT qualified or qualified by experience.
- Experience working in a similar role.
