Vehicle Technician £43,000 OTE! Local family-run dealership

Want to maximise your potential as a Vehicle Technician within a highly experienced and committed team?
Fantastic Opportunity for a skilled Vehicle Technician to join a local, independent dealership trading for over 30 years, widely renowned throughout London and the South East for its specialist work and unparalleled customer service.
You will be rewarded with:
- £35,000 Basic
- OTE £43,000
- Team Bonus – up to £6,000 per year + overtime
- Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm / 1 Saturday in 3 – 8am – 12pm
- 22 days holiday + bank holidays

Day to day:
- Conduct thorough inspections and diagnostic tests to identify vehicle issues
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements
- Repair and replace faulty components, such as brakes, suspension systems, and engines
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks
- Maintain accurate records of all services and repairs performed
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining technical issues and repair options clearly
- Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and attend training sessions as required
Ideal candidate:
- Level 3 NVQ or City & Guilds
- 2-3 years experience as a Vehicle Technician
- Experience working in a garage
- Driving Licence
- Hard worker
- Passion for delivering top results
- Team player
