We are hiring a Business Process Manager to support our client within their Group Operations & PMO division.
You will collaborate with multiple cross-functional stakeholders to define current processes to identify issues and risks and to suggest strategies and solutions to move forward. Managing a team, you will be responsible for their development and output in helping driving change.
Rate: £600-700 per day (inside IR35)
Duration: initially 9 months with scope to extend
Location: Remote
Role:
- Undertake process and business analysis for assigned projects using a wide range of BA tools and techniques
- Review and support different areas within the business including IT, Finance, HR, and Construction and Planning
- To challenge and question "as-is" and "to-be" process designs
- To use LEAN/Six Sigma principles to identify and model improvements to existing processes
- Create process models to support with functions and change
- To assist the Business Solutions Manager in creating internal documents and proposals
- Work with stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure the business processes are aligned to the business' goals.
- Help review and analyse processes and automation through IT solutions will help with the business
- Team management
Essential experience:-
- Evidence of creating process documentation to BPMN2 standards.
- Experience of using specialised BPM tools (e.g. Signavio)
- LEAN practitioner; value stream mapping
- Process Mining experience
- Able to use BMPN2 software to create Standard Operating Procedures from flows
