Talent Acquisition Lead

Key Deliverables:

  • You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and selecting the best matching candidates that will support business objectives and growth
  • Manage the full cycle recruitment and talent pipeline process
  • Partner with hiring managers and HRBP's to fulfil their recruitment needs including the definition and implementation of the recruitment plan in a timely and consultative approach
  • Work closely with their team, to source, screen, assess and select internal and external candidates to present comprehensive shortlists of qualified candidates aligned with the business strategy and needs to hiring managers
  • Manage the recruitment assignments, until the final decision is made, adopting a consultative and project management approach and giving insights to the managers
  • Define and implement talent sourcing & selection strategies
  • Promote and enhance the brand
  • Improve process, KPIs and policies and leverage tools
  • You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of roles
  • A good knowledge of ED&I
  • Good understanding of employment legislation and educational standards (desirable)

The Right Candidate:

  • Successful and proven experience in managing full cycle recruitment in a business partnering model (from talent sourcing, talent selection to offer)
  • Ideally have education sector recruitment experience (not essential)
  • Proficient with previous ATS's
  • Social media and technology savvy
  • Excellent communication skills and strong stakeholder management experience
  • Demonstrate ability to analyse information and create solutions to solve problems
  • Proven track record of experience of sourcing, recruiting and talent pipelining
  • Whilst this role can often be remote, some weeks there may be an expectation to meet your key stakeholders and travel, up to 3 days a week.
  • A full clean driving licence is required
