Senior Associate – Commercial Law

My client is seeking a Senior Associate to join their dynamic team in Reading. They have built an outstanding reputation in commercial law, serving diverse sectors such as local authorities, leisure, education, and healthcare. Their Commercial team is ranked Tier 1 in the prestigious Legal 500 Guide.

The Role:

In this position, you will advise on a range of commercial contracts, including trading agreements, IT contracts, outsourcing, franchising, intellectual property, and data protection. You'll draft and negotiate contracts, acting as an integral extension of clients' in-house legal teams. The role offers direct client interaction and exposure to high-quality work from day one.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in commercial law, with experience or a strong interest in this area. You should be comfortable drafting and negotiating contracts and eager to develop your skills in legal research and client guidance. Strong relationship-building abilities and a commitment to delivering effective solutions are essential.
