  • Salary: £18 - £20p/h

We are seeking a highly dynamic and experienced Team Manager to lead our clients Administrative Team. This role involves managing a team that supports administrative, accounting, compliance, and case management functions for clients with severe or catastrophic injuries. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our services meet regulatory and business standards and will play a key role in maintaining our quality and health and safety accreditations.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Direct management of the Administrative Team and support for approximately 90 self-employed case managers.
  • Liaising with senior managers on financial, clinical, regulatory, and business functions.
  • Documenting, updating, and delivering training on systems and processes to case managers.
  • Providing expert advice and guidance on case management systems and documentation.
  • Supporting the regulated manager in processing incident reporting for CQC/CIW.
  • Managing quality standards and maintaining ISO 9001 accreditation.
  • Acting as the health and safety lead, managing related risk assessments and issues.
  • Assisting with company-wide rebranding and policy updates.
  • Ensuring maintenance of high standards for all outbound documents, client case files, and financial records.
  • Managing head office facilities and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Overseeing the admin team's day-to-day operations, including leave requests, one-to-one meetings, and workload management.
  • Handling routine daily functions such as processing correspondence, managing emails, and handling inbound calls.

Ideally you will have/be:

  • Proven experience in a similar Team Manager role, preferably within a healthcare or legal setting.
  • Strong understanding of administrative, accounting, compliance, and case management processes.
  • Familiarity with regulatory and business standards, particularly within the healthcare sector.
  • Experience with quality standards and health and safety management.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage complex workflows.
  • Proficiency in using multiple computer systems and managing high-volume shared mailboxes.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage stress effectively.
