  • Data Analysis & Insights: Continuously identify opportunities for improvement by analysing data and performance metrics to optimise business strategies.
  • Collaboration & Education: Work closely with stakeholders to drive adoption of data-driven decisions and educate teams on the value of machine learning.
  • Storytelling & Reporting: Present data insights through engaging visualisations and simple narratives that influence business change.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Propensity Modelling: Deep experience building and optimising propensity models to predict customer actions.
  • A/B Testing: Extensive experience in A/B testing, statistical significance, and hypothesis testing to validate model performance and business impact.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Python, R, SQL, and data manipulation techniques.
  • Digital Ecosystem: Familiarity with the interconnectivity of digital channels such as Search, Content, Websites, CRM, and other platforms.
  • Commercial Acumen: Understanding how data and machine learning outcomes impact commercial objectives.

  • Innovation: Work on cutting-edge analytics and machine learning models in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Collaborative Culture: Be part of a supportive, agile team where you can contribute and grow.
  • Flexibility: Hybrid working with 2-3 days in the office, and a competitive day rate.
