- Daily management and development of fleet and bespoke plant
- Ensure all systems are contemporary and up to date at all times
- Using, maximising and improving company systems such as Vehocheck, TTC, Masternaut
- Action and minimise breakdowns
- Always proactive and improve compliance of the day to day vehicle and bespoke plant assets and activities within the company
- Monitor and develop our established supply chain
- Understanding and development of each and every 'part' towards reducing cost and optimising efficiency whilst reducing our carbon footprint and contributing to achieving our goals
- Monitoring and improving cost control, actively seeking to improve efficiency to reduce costs and increase profitability
- Being trusted to ensure all aspects of Health and Safety are strictly adhered to, near miss reporting and emergency procedures are continually improved
