As a Finance Business Partner you'll play a key part in providing decision support and financial expertise across PCSL & Logistics Procurement, financial insights to drive best cost, whilst ensuring that risk and volatility is handled and well-understood.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide thorough financial and strategic support, developing the 5 year financial plans for the function.
- Develop insightful analysis to guide data led decisions and drive financial performance.
- Proactively identify and communicate opportunities for efficiencies and cost savings
- Communicate insights to stakeholders to obtain sponsorship.
- Lead the alignment of annual financial and KPI targets for PCSL that drive value optimisation and best cost, including the ongoing short and long term performance of the business.
- Ownership of the actual and forecasted financial performance for PCSL – Inventory, volumes, freight and warehousing.
- Build and lead the monthly review of financial performance ensuring availability of clear and consistent information to drive decision making, including KPI performance.
Skills and Experience:
- University Degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent: ACCA / CIMA)
- Experience in a fast-paced FMCG businesses preferred.
- Strong communication and influencing skills, verbal and written.
- Previous Supply Chain experience would be an asset.
- Working knowledge of SAP, knowledge of Power BI or other visualisation tools would be an advantage.
