Rapier Employment are working with a well-established client in Nottingham who are looking for 7 Class 1 night drivers to join them on an ongoing basis
Role: Class 1 Driver
Ideal shift patterns:
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime and weekends available
Basic hourly rate: £18.87 per hour
Overtime pay: £27.36 after 45 hours
Breaks: 45 mins unpaid
Role to include, and not limited to:
- Transporting high value goods between various locations efficiently and in a timely manner.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure road worthiness and report any maintenance or mechanical issues.
- Always provide exceptional customer service.
- Minimum of 6 months continuous Class 1 driving
The recruitment process will involve an initial assesment which inludes, classroom and a 2-3 hour driving assesment. This is then followed by full induction.
- Full UK Licence (Cat C+E)
- CPC Card
- Digi Card
- Minimum of 6 monthd continuous Class 1 driving
- Due to the product being carried you will be required to undergo a DBS check and also have no CCJ's
