Location: Portbury
JOB TYPE:
- Temporary to Permanent.
DUTIES:
- Complete tasks like painting, decorating, general low-Medium level repairs, plumbing work, walking contractors around the site and any other tasks required by management.
- Complete the weekly audit tasks as required using the CMMS.
- Support the facilities team leader and liaise with the facilities manager for an up to date list of jobs requiring completion.
- Assist with cleaning, or any other duties stipulated by the facilities team leader/manager.
- Ensure that all relevant Health & Safety practices are adhered to and that any revisions of risk assessments or safe systems of work are communicated.
- Communicate effectively with staff both verbally and written and ensure that critical information is provided to the supervisor/manager in a timely manner.
- Work closely with the manager and communicate regularly ensuring that critical information is shared.
SHIFT TIME:
- Flexible- 7am to 3pm/ 8am to 4pm/ 9am to 5pm
SALARY:
- £12 per hour
