Our client, a law practice with two offices in Northumberland, has enjoyed a presence in the region for over 150 years. Specialising in Property, Personal and Family Law, they now seek an Office Administrator for their Blyth office.
As Office Administrator, you will:
- Answer incoming telephone calls
- Maintain up-to-date records via the firm's bespoke legal software package
- Order office supplies and keep an accurate inventory of stock
- Maintain both the electronic and manual filing systems
- Support team members with the administration of their caseloads
As Office Administrator, you will need:
- Good data entry skills
- Good working knowledge of Word
- Effective communication skills
- Well-developed clerical skills
- Strong organisational skills
- The ability to multi-task
- Good attention to detail
