We are currently recruiting for an Operations Manager (Commercial) to join a market leading organisation based in Birmingham
You will be responsible for the overall day to day management a variety of sites within the Birmingham area.
Key Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for the supervision of colleagues, customer service, arranging maintenance or reporting requests to facilities management.
- Ensuring sites are safe and compliant with company policies, processes and health & safety requirements.
- Liaising with internal teams to devise and execute commercial activities and tactics to maximise revenue to improve P&L performance
- Developing and executing strategies to drive revenue performance across multiple sites, including local advertising, marketing activities, digital deals, pricing optimisation, and value-added services.
- Monitoring competitor activity and reporting back to the Commercial Area Manager on a regular basis.

Please note that this role will require you to work alternate weekends.
