Position: Teaching Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide in-class support to students and teachers, helping to deliver engaging lessons
- Assist with one-on-one or small group learning sessions to boost student progress
- Support students with special educational needs (SEN) and help them reach their full potential
- Work closely with teachers to manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment
- Help prepare learning materials and resources for lessons
